Price Promise
Our prices are generally discounted on normal retail prices, these discounts can in some cases be up to 25% off the normal recommended retail prices. We endeavour to keep all our prices as low as possible and will try to beat any other store price available. If you find an identical item or package for less else where then inform us of the supplier and the cost of the package quoted and we will try to beat it. This service is for the benefit of yourself and for future customers alike. |

Delivery
If the Goods are in stock, our aim is to dispatch the Goods the next working day and in any event within 10 working days of acceptance of your order. In some cases the Goods may not be in stock and you will be notified as soon as possible of the expected delivery dates with an option to cancel the order or wait for a delivery date to be given. It will not always be possible to do this and you agree that we cannot guarantee we will deliver the Goods within 10 working days. However, some larger Goods such as furniture and prams may have a lead delivery time from our suppliers of between 4 and 6 weeks and we will notify you of this at the time of your order. We will only dispatch Goods once we are satisfied of our ability to complete the order.
Any time or date for delivery stated by us in an e-mail, text, or on our website shall be treated as an estimate only. While every effort will be made to dispatch Goods within the timescale quoted, no liability can be accepted by us for failure to deliver within the quoted times or within any specific time period. Time shall not be the essence in relation to delivery times and dates.
Delivery of the Goods will cost:
(a) On all orders placed with a value of £100 or more will be free delivery to a UK mainland address; or
(b) Any orders less than £100 will incur a postage and package charge to a UK mainland address. Such charge will be detailed on our website and confirmed in the Acceptance of Order Email, Standard Rate is £5.50.
(c) You can also choose to pickup Goods from our store.

Guarantee
Most Goods are covered by the Manufacturers Guarantee, which covers defects in materials and faulty workmanship (it does not cover accidental damage). The length of the Guarantee depends on the manufacturers concerned. For further details of the length of the Manufacturers Guarantee please email us at info@babyguds.co.uk. The guarantee becomes effective when the product leaves the shop, not when you start using it. We do not provide any Guarantees for the Goods.
The guarantees referred to in this paragraph do not cover customer misuse, abuse, neglect or accidental damage. You should always follow and adhere to the manufacturers instructions.
You are responsible for the correct operation and maintenance of the Goods, indemnifying us for any damage, liability, costs caused by misuse or misunderstanding of the manufacturers instructions.
